Richard Hydal has a Masters degree in Education from OISE and is a Web Design Associate, with Information Technology Services at the University of Toronto. He has extensive experience in project management, web design, and has an exceptional level of proficiency and expertise with this technology, and is responsible for maintaining the JMATE website. Richard also has a passion for the oceans and wildlife in general.
